My family and I had a great experience with adopting our two kittens from Save-A-Pet. Everyone was very friendly, patient, informative, and helpful. They take incredible care of all of the animals up for adoption, and are very thorough about the background of each pet at the time of adoption. We highly recommend this shelter for adoptions, and will definitely be returning someday in the future.

Save a pet was so wonderful and helpful with our adoption! We took him Nyle, and renamed him Ryder. Ryder has been such a wonderful addition to our family, and we could not be happier to have him. Save a pet was really helpful with all the information we needed when taking him home. We are so thankful to have him!

Save-A-Pet is a wonderful organization. I had adopted my previous cat from SAP, and that is why I returned to this shelter to adopt another cat. I trust that SAP has the best interests of the pets at heart, and that the organization screens the pets for medical and behavioral challenges. As for the whole adoption process and working with Save-A-Pet, we had a wonderful experience. We understand that staffing shortages are affecting everyone and while we were disappointed to have our first appointment moved, we were lucky enough to get called with an opening for a time slot only a few days later. We loved having the opportunity to meet various pups and the time to think about things as a family. The process was easy and straightforward and everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful.
